Worst ever customer service...i have asked customer care team to activate the card, they i can do it over citi mobile app only and the app doesn't allow me proceed post mentioning card number. Pathetic!!!
Arguably the worst mobile banking there is. It simply doesn't work. Citibank likes to block your debit card after you make more than 1 withdraw a day.
poor apps
I promise I will be closing this acct I'm the a.m. I found myself, a Chicago boy; stranded in Portage, Indiana this a.m after accidentally illegally parking. And it would be exactly the perfect time for Citibank to be the golden standard of "Inconvenience". After not being able to log into the app at approx.12pm. I just finished my fifth or sixth call as I walked in my door, yet my identity has yet to be verified and the check that deposited 2 days ago still ain't cleared🤬😡🤬
Worst ever banking application. None of the option works. Even before entering full card number giving errors.
Useless. Need update that doesn't exist.
